Former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis’ son, Ray Lewis III, has been hit with a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to police reports, two victims informed authorities that Lewis III, a sophomore cornerback for the Coastal Carolina University football team, sexually assaulted them on Saturday, Jan. 23, at an apartment close to campus.
WMBF reported that Lewis, 20, turned himself into local police on Friday. According to his arrest warrant, he allegedly committed knowledgeable sexual battery of an 18-year-old female who was debilitated from the use of drugs and/or alcohol.
For two seasons, Lewis III played his father’s alma mater, University of Miami, before transferring to Coastal Carolina last year. In the 2015 season, Lewis III made 14 tackles in 12 games.
