This is sickening.
10-yo black boy playing outside grandmother's home was wrongfully detained and placed in handcuffs! Chicago police say it was a case of mistaken identity.
Poor kid was so scared that he wet his pants.
These cops need to be held responsible for this.

“They told me I escaped from juvenile and I had a gun. They put me in handcuffs. I was crying. I was scared.”
An unexpected encounter with Chicago police outside of his grandmother’s house left one child completely traumatized.
A video went viral on Twitter showing a young boy in handcuffs sitting on the hood of a police car. The boy was so scared that the front of his pants were visibly soaked.
According to police, they were searching for a suspect in the neighborhood. When they got out of the car, the boy started running away. Not because he did anything wrong, but because he was terrified…and with good reason.
A woman standing nearby, presumably the boy’s grandmother, informed officers that the child was scared because his father had been killed by police.
By the end of the 40-second clip, one officer removes the cuffs from the boy and let him go.
Viewers are outraged at the fact that yet another innocent Black child was profiled by police and are demanding the cops involved be held responsible.
