Attorney Made Porn with Inmate During Visits, Sheriff Says

It seems an attorney in Pinellas County, Florida, has been caught with his pants down.

Local deputies say he made plans to have sex with an inmate and put the clip in a video called “Girls in Jail.”

A month ago, detectives were reportedly given a tip that alleged female inmates at the Pinellas County Jail performed sexual acts with Andrew Spark in exchange for money. According to the sheriff’s office, one inmate, Shauna Boselli, 25, claimed Spark came to visit her in jail, even though she is not his client.

During the visit, Boselli says Spark asked if she would perform oral sex in exchange for a money deposit to her commissary account. The attorney allegedly boasted about another meeting he had with a different inmate earlier that day.

Boselli turned down the alleged offer, but investigators later confirmed that Spark and another inmate, Antoinette Napolitano, 28, did meet that same day. It was later discovered that the two actually had sex at the Pinellas County Jail at least six times over a six-month period, between June 2017 and December 2017.

Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said Spark’s “interviews” with Napolitano began with her in her jail uniform and him asking her to talk about her sexual fantasies, then the two performed the sexual acts.

When it came to their attention that another visit between Spark and Napolitano was scheduled for Sunday, detectives say they walked into the attorney visitation room and busted the two just before they were about to engage in a sexual act. The sheriff noted that Spark’s privates were “fully exposed” when they entered the room.

Charges brought against Spark include exposure of sexual organs, introduction/possession of contraband into a county detention facility, and soliciting for prostitution.

Detectives are now looking into whether Spark met with other female inmates at the jail and throughout the Central Florida area to engage in the same activity. If so, he could face additional charges.
